Contact Sources
The Contact Sources tab in TalentHunting enables users to manage, configure, and analyze the origins of contacts within the recruitment process. A contact source represents how a candidate or client was referred, discovered the organization, or entered the recruitment pipeline.
By categorizing and tracking contact sources, recruiters can gain insights into the most effective channels for talent acquisition and optimize their sourcing strategies.

Manage Sources
Predefined Options: TalentHunting provides common default contact sources, such as Job Boards, Social Media, Referral, Website Application.
Custom Source Creation: Create additional sources tailored to your organization’s recruitment channels (e.g., University Partnership, Recruitment Event, Headhunter).
Editing & Deletion: Update or remove outdated sources to ensure your list remains accurate and relevant.
