By overseeing permissions, reports, and system-wide settings, Backoffice users ensure that recruitment operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Serve as system administrators and platform managers.
Support recruiters, hiring managers, and other users by configuring tools and maintaining the platform.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection requirements.

User Management: Create, update, and deactivate user accounts; assign permissions and roles.
System Configuration: Adjust workflows, pipelines, automations, and other platform settings to match organizational needs.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the platform, resolving issues when they arise.
Support & Training: Provide guidance to recruiters and team members on how to use the system effectively.
Compliance Oversight: Guarantee that recruitment processes follow security, privacy, and legal requirements.
Access Level
Highest Privileges: Full visibility and control over all platform modules, including Opportunities, Jobs, Activities, Reports, and Automations.
System-Wide Authority: Ability to configure pipelines, integrations, and permissions across the entire organization.
Data Oversight: Access to sensitive candidate and organizational data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
