Backoffice Users play a critical role in managing and maintaining the TalentHunting platform. They are primarily responsible for administrative tasks, system configuration, and overall platform governance.

By overseeing permissions, reports, and system-wide settings, Backoffice users ensure that recruitment operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Role

  • Serve as system administrators and platform managers.

  • Support recruiters, hiring managers, and other users by configuring tools and maintaining the platform.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

  • User Management: Create, update, and deactivate user accounts; assign permissions and roles.

  • System Configuration: Adjust workflows, pipelines, automations, and other platform settings to match organizational needs.

  • Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the platform, resolving issues when they arise.

  • Support & Training: Provide guidance to recruiters and team members on how to use the system effectively.

  • Compliance Oversight: Guarantee that recruitment processes follow security, privacy, and legal requirements.

Access Level

  • Highest Privileges: Full visibility and control over all platform modules, including Opportunities, Jobs, Activities, Reports, and Automations.

  • System-Wide Authority: Ability to configure pipelines, integrations, and permissions across the entire organization.

  • Data Oversight: Access to sensitive candidate and organizational data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
