- Serve as system administrators and platform managers.
- Support recruiters, hiring managers, and other users by configuring tools and maintaining the platform.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection requirements.

- User Management: Create, update, and deactivate user accounts; assign permissions and roles.
- System Configuration: Adjust workflows, pipelines, automations, and other platform settings to match organizational needs.
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the platform, resolving issues when they arise.
- Support & Training: Provide guidance to recruiters and team members on how to use the system effectively.
- Compliance Oversight: Guarantee that recruitment processes follow security, privacy, and legal requirements.

- Highest Privileges: Full visibility and control over all platform modules, including Opportunities, Jobs, Activities, Reports, and Automations.
- System-Wide Authority: Ability to configure pipelines, integrations, and permissions across the entire organization.
