Pipelines⚓︎
The Pipelines tab in TalentHunting allows recruiters to organize, track, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process. A pipeline represents the sequence of stages that candidates move through, from initial application to hiring. By providing a visual and structured workflow, pipelines help ensure that no candidate is overlooked, tasks are clearly assigned, and recruitment progress is transparent across the team.
