Talent Hunting provides three different views to manage and analyze opportunities:

• Pipeline View – visual Kanban-style board for tracking candidates across stages.

• Funnel View – graphical representation of conversion rates across the recruitment pipeline.

• List View – tabular format with filters and sorting for detailed data management.
